RETURNS POLICY
Returns to be made within 14 days from Delivery
The return postage cost is to be paid by the buyer. The original postage paid to deliver the item to the buyer will not be refunded. In addition if the item is sold with free post, the actual cost that was incurred to post the item will be deducted from the amount refunded of the purchase price. Please make sure that you do want the item before you purchase. All returns are to be in original packaging with original tags and must not have been worn, used, washed or damaged in any way, no perspiration, makeup or lipstick marks or any other mark. Once the returned item has been received and inspected the relevant money will be refunded. minus all postage costs. Excluded Items where returns are not accepted: There are no refunds on Lingerie items, Swimwear and some Costumes will not be refunded due to health regulations. Therefore please measure all lingerie & swimwear carefully before purchase. Once used it really is rendered not suitable for sale as a new item. For our Customers Knowledge, when we sell these Items they are guaranteed not to have been worn or used.
